Friday - Not my day

Dear Friday....

I really thought that Friday will be my wonderful day... which is mean my Baking Day would run successfully.. which is not. Well I guess today is another not My Successfull Baking Friday .... hahaha, yup several times failed in baking, but I don't know why... why would I still want to do it. My Hubby said that I should just stop baking hihi, he also said... it's wasting time. Well, I guess I just so in love in sweets and baking.. :D

Well no pain definitelly no gain hehe, so just wait another Friday, thanks to the Lord that I can still practice and bake. 

When I start to remember again, I think today's baking indeed was my fault, whether I didn't put the emulsifier, or I put more flour than it should, or I forgot to add what it was supposed. Ceeez, really .. I don't know what happend to me today. 

Then again, at my last baking which is just about 30 min ago, taraaaa... my cream puff success. I just can't believe it. I'll show you the different result in pictures later. Just when I thought I just didn't want to waste the batter and decided to bake it no matter what .... It success.. hahaha oh Lord, You're really great.

My Hubby said the bread was OK.... hahaha, at least I can eat it for breakfast than... >,<

Today

Friday.... my favorite day. 

Why? Simple, because I don't have to wake up early to cook, since my hubby always have lunch with his friends, and the most important is I can bake today.... yeiiiii. Yup, Friday is my baking day haha...

The problem is what am I going to bake today? Which one is better, bread or cake? I love soft bread such as "Roti Sobek" (I don't know what is it called in english,  LOL). This kind of bread can be filled by any filling... my most favorite fillings are mocca and srikaya. Or should I make cake? Hmmm Cake Pandan or Lapis Surabaya or Bolu Kukus? hahaha confuse confuse and confuse.

Well, let see I'm about to try Ms.Rima's, from Bisous À Toi recipies. Whether the bread or the cake I guess. I've tried several of her's recipies specially at the Nastar's one. Wow, my hubby just love it so much .... and so do I. Really thanks to you Ms.Rima.

So, I'll be rite back with some of the pictures if I can make them >.<...

New Hobbies

Finally, after move to my new home.... I can start to do my hobbies... yeii.......

Cook, Bake and Bake and Bake again .. LOL ... hehehe. Yup i love sweets, like sweets and adore sweets... I think thats why I gain my weight lots in just a year... >,<


Since I do have to cook by my self here, I mean I do not have a maid who can help me... so there I go.. trying and keep trying ... more and many recipes to go... Thanks to them who shares their recipes, now I'm getting better at cooking yeiii .....

Puff to Puff

So is with baking... I love to bake. Well, i think i love baking more than cooking hehe... Not with my hubby, he just does not want me to keep in my baking addicted :p... but hobbies is a hobbies... perfect or not, i will still trying to do again ... in baking.
